5 out of 5 stars Great, pain-free detangling comb for kids   January 26, 2005

After buying the larger version of this comb for myself, I got this small version for my friend's young daughter, who hated having her hair combed because of all the pulling. She liked this comb so much that she refused to use any other comb.

This comb and a Mason Pearson brush were her favorites because they didn't hurt. (Probably a knockoff of the Mason Pearson brush would work, too--one that has a combination of short boar bristles and longer nylon bristles, fastened to a flexible rubber pad.)
