I don't know if this brush really gets rid of dandruff or not, but it is a wonderful brush. It stimulates the scalp comfortably while brushing and gives a nice volume to my hair. I have very long hair and it is not often I find a brush I like this much. If it does anything for dandruff, it is a plus and I would pay the same amount of money for a brush this nice whether it kept dandruff in check or not.
